Terms & Conditions

This website is owned and controlled by Gullion Golf Ltd. Through accessing our website, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions that have been set out below. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any given time.

Product availability

  1. If a product is out of stock on our website this will be clearly stated.
  1. If a product is no longer available and you would like to know when the product will be available again for purchase, please email info@gulliongolf.com and we can advise when the product will next be in stock. 

Purchasing Process

  1. Select the items you intend to purchase and go to checkout. Provide us with your delivery address details and choose your payment method of choice. 
  1. We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as accepting payments made via PayPal. 
  1. All online orders where debit or credit card details are taken are 100% guaranteed to be secure and are protected with our online payment platform Stripe.

Order Confirmation

  1. Once your order has been received by us we verify to ensure all items are in stock and then dispatch accordingly. 
  1. Once you complete your order you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed. You will receive another email from us notifying you that your order has been dispatched. 

Making changes to an Order

  1. It is possible to make changes to any orders subject to these terms and conditions. Please email info@gulliongolf.com with details of the changes you wish to make to an order. 
  1. Upon receipt of your email, we will aim to respond within 24 hours with further details and instructions on any next steps that are required to be taken. We will always try to facilitate any changes wherever possible and communicate with you every step of the way.

Delivery Information

  1. Orders that have been placed before 17:00pm will be dispatched the following business working day.
  1. Orders that are placed after 17.00pm will be dispatched within 2 business working days.
  1. During busy periods you may experience a slight delay in your delivery, however, we will keep you updated on the status of your delivery.
  1. Orders are only dispatched during working business days and not on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Delivery of your order 

  1. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail standard delivery. Postage to the UK will cost £2.99 and postage to the EU will cost £4.99 with the costs added onto an order at the checkout page.
  1. Due to the ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit issues, delivery times may take longer than normal standard delivery times.
  1. Damages to or problems with a package must be reported to info@gulliongolf.com within 24 hours of the parcel being received by the customer. 
  1. If multiple items are ordered these will be dispatched within the one package. If for whatever reason an item is unavailable we will notify you of this and dispatch this item when it becomes available at no extra cost.
  1. Although we will always do our best to try and ensure that your order is with you as soon as possible delays can occasionally happen. In the event that a delay does arise and any estimated shipping times are not met, Gullion Golf Ltd is not responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of a delay. Furthermore, Gullion Golf Ltd shall not provide any refunds or discount in lieu of any such delays. 

Service Level Agreement

  1. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you on the email address you provide when completing your order within 24 hours advising on alternative options. We will always try to rectify any issues as efficiently as possible and in a timely manner.
  1. For any general queries we shall aim to respond to you within 48 hours and earlier if possible.

Refund and Returns Conditions

  1. We understand that you may wish to return or change a product you purchased from our website. In order to get an exchange or refund, you have 28 days from the time you receive your order to notify us by emailing info@gulliongolf.com of your exchange or refund request. Once more than 28 days have passed Gullion Golf Ltd will only issue a refund at its absolute discretion.
  1. Upon notifying us that you would like an exchange or refund you then have a further 5 business days to send the items to us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post that you have dispatched.
  1. You will be responsible for paying the return postage to us enabling us to process your refund request.
  1. Gullion Golf Ltd will cover the costs of postage for any items that are to be exchanged. We will send an email to you notifying you when any replacement item has been dispatched.
  1. Once a refund has taken place and you have received an email from us confirming it has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for any refund to appear in your bank account. 
  1. Please be advised that we only offer refunds to the original method of payment used, for instance your Debit Card.
  1. Please note that items that are returned to us for exchange or refund purposes, that are without their original labels or tags or that are found to be soiled or damaged in any way, will not be accepted and your request for an exchange or refund will be rejected. We will return the items to you unless we receive an email from you stating anything to the contrary. 

Tax 

  1. VAT at the standard 20% rate in UK and 23% in the Republic of Ireland are included in all of our prices.

Intellectual Rights – Trademark Rights

  1. Our name “GULLION” as well as our “G” logos are the registered trading name and logos of Gullion Golf Ltd. The use of the registered trading name and logos of Gullion Golf Ltd is strictly prohibited. Anyone found to be in breach by using this trading name or logos will be subjected to legal proceedings for damages.
